 CONDITIONS OF COPYRIGHT:  On the order form you will be asked to tick a box and then sign to agree to the conditions of copyright.  You will be agreeing to the following:

bulletThe person or service/business to whom the products are registered may make games, documents, worksheets, presentations and flashcards etc... for use within their own speech pathology or teaching practice only. They may then photocopy and print these and distribute as required for their own direct service delivery.
bulletThey may NOT sell materials containing these images without the permission of Lucia Smith.
bulletThey may print and distribute complete booklets contained on the CD-ROMs for teachers, clients and others receiving their service, but their name as licensee must be written on the front of the booklet. 
bulletWhere schools and kindergartens are using the resources as general programming tools, it is asked that they purchase their own copy of t he CD-ROMs.
bulletImages may be resized and copied but not altered in any way.
bulletUnder no circumstances may the CD-ROMs, or components thereof, be copied (burnt) except for the Home Slideshows component of the MOTORMOUTH CD-ROM which may be copied for home practice.
bulletThe CD-ROM may be used on up to five computers in one geographical location if licensed to a business or service. Additional licenses can be purchased for a minimal fee.
